General Agreement
In accordance with the practice in the insurance market of Russia and CIS countries, "Transsiberian Re" offers to its partners the General Agreement on Cooperation in reinsurance (retrocession). The contracting parties coordinate the principal limit parameters and cooperation conditions in the sphere of reinsurance transactions according to the existing business practice and legislation of the Russian Federation.However, the Parties have the possibility to make amendments and corrections during the signing of concrete reinsurance agreement.
